Scholar Data Sheet Deadline
Please note that the deadline for returning the Scholar Data Sheet, which each scholar is responsible for updating and signing, is February 16, 2004. It is imperative that you respond by the deadline, or your tuition and stipend support could be adversely affected.

Residency Changes
Please consult the NHSC before making any changes in your residency-the NHSC must approve the changes prior to you accepting a new residency program. Refer to the Deferment Bulletin whenever you have questions, or contact your Analyst.
