Loan Repayment Program

• LRP application cycle for 2008 is closed. FY 2008 application deadline was April 2.
  • NHSC LRP 2008 Applicant Information Bulletin is provided for information and will be updated for the 2009 application cycle.
  • Sign up to be notified by e-mail when the 2009 application is available.
• LRP Contract Amendment
  For NHSC LRP participants who are completing their contracts during Fiscal Year 2009 (October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009) applying to receive loan repayment assistance for an additional year of service. Application must be postmarked no later than 180 days prior to the end of the current service commitment to assure sufficient processing time.

  The application for the 2008-2009 academic year is expected to be available by the end of May. The on-line application and supplemental forms will be due 30 days after they are published.
