lists.
Precepting
Guide
This guide provides guidelines for selecting sites and preceptors;
suggested learning objectives for different disciplines; and sample
forms to help Ambassadors match students to sites, set expectations,
and evaluate programs.
Community Health
Centers (CHCs)
CHCs provide family-oriented primary and preventive health care
services for people living in health professional shortage areas.
CHCs exist in areas where economic, geographic, or cultural barriers
limit access to primary health care for a substantial portion of
the population; and they tailor services to the needs of the community.
CHCs can serve as training sites for students and Ambassadors can
assist students in their search for a federally funded Community
or Migrant Health Centers.
Publications
